George Lager is Professor Emeritus, University of Louisville, Louisville, Kentucky. He received his Ph.D in Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia in 1976. Since retirement he has been developing his interests in animal science. He and his wife Marjorie live on a small farm near Corydon, Indiana where they raise an assortment of animals, including wild mustang horses, dairy goats, donkeys, one pet hog, chickens and some crazy geese!
